Annual / Periodic / Business Transfer
Either using manual or scanning equipment we accurately count all stock (accounting for deliveries, returns, SOR stock, cut-off point, out of date or un-saleable stock, etc) in various commodities to provide a Valuation Certificate and Computer Analysis on the day of stocktake. For trading groups we are able to use any paperwork provided to us, usually comparing to a rolling stock figure and highlighting areas of concern. As independent stocktakers all our Certificates are suitable for any Government Department, Banks, Accountants, etc. Please contact us for further details.
Manual
Counting all stock at the retail value with adding machines we provide a retail and cost valuation certificate and computer analysis on the day of stocktake. To arrive at the cost value we apply gross profit margins to the retail value while accounting for any VAT. Please contact us for further details.
Scanning
Using a variety of HHT's (Hand Held Terminals) we are able to carryout stock audits for stores wishing to manage their own stock control. We scan all barcoded stock, report and check any discrepancies and update the clients' epos system reflecting a detailed analysis of the stock, highlighting over/under stocks and any security issues.
